FirstLink Technology Inc. bills services two different ways. The first is real-time billing. This is for services that are able to be modified during the course of the month. Because price changes can occur on the customer invoice statement, these services only show the line item description and charge. The second type is pre-billed. This is for services that remain constant during the course of the month. On the customer invoice statement, these services are shown as a line item description with the date span of the next month’s service below. Most services are billed a month in advance.
At FirstLink Technology Inc., customer satisfaction is a high priority. We work diligently to resolve issues quickly and take measures to keep then from occurring again. We understand the importance of solid IT in the modern workplace, and at-home support for FirstLink related services is always free. Emergency support is available. When support for FirstLink services crosses over into user-specific issues local to their hardware or software, support service charges will be applied based on the nature of the support.
FirstLink Technology Inc. requires 30-day written notification for service cancellation. Cancellation requests can be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or sent via postage mail to FirstLink Technology Inc. 4260 E Evans Ave Denver, CO, 80222. Please include your account number and summary of services to be canceled.
